The Melnichuks have lived in the UK for 5 years now initially working with Next Level International providing Leadership Development for the growing church in Europe. As of 2008 Steve is now establishing 'Kingdom Idea' as a new endeavour to help make Jesus relevant to a generation of people in Europe. Working with emerging leaders to plant emerging churches and working with emerging communities to help lift them from poverty are the two outflows of their kingdomidea. Their global affiliation is with the PAOC.org with whom they are official global workers. It is their KINGDOMidea to serve God in this unique way so that HIS kingdom might have more influence in the nations of the world.
